Arthur was found wandering in a park and brought to a local shelter before finding his way to a loving foster home in Houston, Texas. Ideal Home
Arthur would thrive in a home that can offer regular exercise and plenty of opportunities to be involved in family activities. While he doesn't require another dog, he'd love a family who enjoys including their dog in everyday adventures. His enthusiastic nature means a family that understands his energy and can provide appropriate outlets for it would be ideal. Due to his size and exuberance during play, he could accidentally knock over small children, so a home with older children who understand his energetic nature would be best.

Arthur is fully house-trained and crate-trained, settling nicely in his crate for extended periods. He walks well on a leash, though he may pull a bit initially before settling into a routine.
