Meet Petey, a sweet and sensitive boy who shows different sides as he gets to know you. He can be shy at first, often watching with gentle eyes and taking treats while he warms up at his own pace. Petey appreciates calm voices and patience while building trust. Once more comfortable, Petey enjoys treats, allows pets, and has been noted to walk well on leash. In playgroup, he explored the yard, allowed greetings, and showed appropriate social skills with other dogs. Petey can be nervous during leashing and kennel interactions and may show big feelings when unsure, but with time and a slow approach, his friendly and thoughtful nature begins to shine.
