Luna

Luna is a 5-year-old, 10-pound poodle with a heart of gold! She's blossoming beautifully in her foster home, soaking up all the love and learning what it's like to be part of a family. Luna had a rough start, so she can be a bit nervous and anxious in new situations or when meeting new people. She really thrives on calm, quiet affection, like a gentle voice or a soft pet. She absolutely adores her foster siblings and looks to them for guidance, which has helped her gain so much confidence. When she's not playing with her doggy friends, you can find her snuggling up on the couch. Luna is incredibly grateful for her second chance and is ready to share her sweet nature with her forever family.

Ideal Home

Luna would do best with adopters who can offer her plenty of patience and unconditional love as she adjusts to her new surroundings. A home with a confident, resident dog companion would be wonderful for her, as she looks to dogs for support and guidance. A fenced yard is also a plus, but not a strict requirement.

Ongoing Health

Luna is generally healthy and has made excellent progress with her house training, now having only minimal accidents when kept on a routine schedule.

Training & Support

Luna is still learning to navigate new environments and people with confidence. Gentle encouragement and a calm approach will go a long way. She benefits greatly from having a resident dog to show her the ropes.
