Sophie is an 8-year-old Wirehair Dachshund with a spunky personality and a love for playtime! She's a retired show dog who came to us when her previous owner became ill. Sophie is ready to trade the show ring for a comfy couch and a loving family. She's full of energy and enjoys playing ball and chasing toys.

Sophie would thrive in a home with a securely fenced yard where she can safely play. She is looking for a home without children under 10 years of age.

Ongoing Health

Sophie is spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped. She recently had a dental cleaning, is heartworm negative, and has received a ProHeart6 injection for ongoing prevention.
