Chucky

Meet Chucky, a 4-year-old, 77-pound Staffy mix with cheeks so irresistibly squeezable, you might just find yourself in a permanent cuddle session! Chucky is a gentle giant who has mastered the art of being a laid-back companion. His idea of a perfect day involves snuggling up close, and he’s convinced he’s still a pint-sized pup, so expect him to want to be right by your side, or even on your lap! He enjoys leisurely walks, a bit of toy-flinging fun, and sprawling out on the couch. Chucky thrives on love and security, and his loyalty knows no bounds.

Ideal Home

Chucky would love a home with a yard for sniffing adventures. He is content with lazy afternoons and leisurely walks. He would do best in a home with older children, and he prefers female dogs.

Ongoing Health

Chucky is a healthy boy with no known ongoing health issues.

Training & Support

Chucky is a pro at "sit" and "stay" and is working on his impulse control around small critters. He is crate trained but prefers a cozy corner. He is making great progress with a routine that keeps him feeling secure and comfortable. He can get a bit jealous if he is not the center of attention.

Transporation

Chucky is currently being fostered in Texas and will be transported to his forever home by our rescue. We have transports departing each week!
