Nala

Nala is a female, adult, large, mixed-breed dog. She is incredibly excited to meet you and would love to be your new playmate! Playing and running around are her favorite things, and she'd be thrilled to have a big yard to explore. Nala also has a weakness for treats, which are definitely the way to her heart. Coming to the shelter has been a big adjustment, but she's opening up more each day thanks to the care she's receiving. Nala is eager to find a home where she can truly be herself again.

She came in with her sister, Nava, and they got along well. Nala has also participated in playgroups at the shelter and has made friends with a variety of dogs, from energetic to more reserved. She hasn't been around children, but she can be curious yet calm around cats.

Ideal Home

Nala would thrive in a home with a big yard where she can run and play. If you have other dogs or children, a meet-and-greet at the shelter is recommended to ensure compatibility.

Nala is spayed.
