Kalei

Meet Kalei, a fluffy, lovable, and adventure-ready goofball! This Great Pyrenees and Shepherd mix is pure love, part dog and part teddy bear. Kalei is a sweet, gentle giant who thinks she's a lap dog. She adores her doggy friends, happily shares her toys, and will melt your heart with her famous "lean of love" – though at 127 pounds, this is a full-body experience!

Kalei's favorite things include playdates, sprawling on her giant orthopedic bed, car rides with the windows down, and exploring new walking trails. She is crate-trained, knows how to sit, and is working on her trick repertoire, mostly to politely request snacks.

After a rough start where she was hit by a car as a pup, Kalei had a hip replacement and healed like a champ. She is now running, romping, and keeping up with the pack like the superhero she is.

Ideal Home

Kalei would thrive in a home with another doggy buddy and humans who will let her lean on them, both literally and emotionally.

Kalei has had a hip replacement surgery.

Kalei is crate-trained and knows how to sit. She is working on her trick repertoire.
