Wendall

Wendall is a handsome young gentleman, a Malinois/Heeler mix with a heritage that includes Red Heeler, Standard Poodle, and Australian Shepherd. He's energetic, playful, and at this adolescent stage, he's ready for a change of scenery and a family to call his own. Wendall can be quite affectionate and might even think he's a lap dog!

Ideal Home

Wendall would do best in a home that understands and can cater to the needs of his breed characteristics. He is not suited for apartment living. A home with a fully fenced yard is highly recommended, and may be required depending on your experience and containment plans. He would also do well with a routine and basic obedience training. Wendall might get along with another dog, especially a female, or he may be happiest as the only dog in the home. He should adapt to a dog-friendly cat with proper introductions. He would do best with older children, pending observed interactions.

Ongoing Health

Wendall has a full coat that will require regular brushing. He will need grooming a couple of times per year.

Training & Support

Wendall is at an adolescent stage and would benefit greatly from basic obedience training and a consistent routine. He is energetic and playful, and will enjoy daily walks.
