Tucker *deaf*

Tucker is a very sweet 7-year-old boy who absolutely loves people! He was surrendered because his previous owner didn't have enough time for him, but now he's ready to find his forever family. Tucker is house-trained, knows many basic commands, and is a very quick learner, showing us just how smart he is. He enjoys walks on leash, though he can get a bit excited and tug sometimes. Tucker is looking for an active home that can provide plenty of exercise for both his body and mind. This will help him stay focused, continue his training, and strengthen the bond with his new family. While experience with deaf dogs is a plus, it's not a requirement.

Ideal Home

Tucker would do best in a home where he can be the only pet, as he doesn't always enjoy sharing. He needs a family that can commit to regular exercise and training to help him thrive. A fenced yard is preferred for his safety.

Ongoing Health

Tucker has been neutered.

Training & Support

Tucker is house-trained and has a good grasp of basic skills. He is eager to learn and will benefit from continued training and bonding. He can sometimes tug on the leash when excited. Devil Dog Fitness and Training is offering one free training session per month for up to a year for local adopters.
