Meet Hamlet!

Hamlet is a handsome 3-year-old boy who was rescued from a tough situation in OKC. He's a friendly fellow who is incredibly loyal and is looking for his best friend. Hamlet can be a bit protective of his people and may take a moment to warm up to new faces, but once he gives his approval, he's all yours! He has those wonderful "heeler tendencies," which means he loves a good hug and is always ready to work. He's very trainable and enjoys a good game of fetch with his favorite ball, especially when played outdoors. Hamlet has done well with all the other dogs he's met here.

Ideal Home

Hamlet would thrive in a home that understands his heeler instincts. Because of these tendencies, he's probably best suited for a home without very young children. He would absolutely love to have some land to roam on, where he can be a devoted companion and is ready for any task you have for him!

Ongoing Health

Hamlet is a healthy boy who is already neutered and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Hamlet is described as very trainable and enjoys activities like retrieving. He has gotten along well with other dogs.
