Meet Lolli, a sassy and sweet budding senior terrier mix who weighs about 19 lbs and is approximately 7 years old. Lolli's world was turned upside down when her owner passed away, and she was later found as a stray in rough condition. Thankfully, a kind person rescued her and gave her a safe haven. While her previous family didn't want her back, we are overjoyed to give Lolli a second chance at finding a truly loving forever home.
Lolli has been thriving in her foster home, where she enjoys the company of other friendly dogs and has shown a special fondness for following her foster sibling, Ryder, around the yard. She also adores children and has been wonderfully affectionate with her foster mom's grandsons, ages 9 and 11. Renee describes Lolli as an incredibly sweet girl who loves to snuggle and shower her favorite people with kisses. She's happiest when curled up on a lap or snuggled close at night, but she also enjoys leisurely walks and has good leash manners, only needing a gentle correction when she gets excited.
Ideal Home
Lolli would do well as an only dog or with another easygoing canine companion. She's a perfect houseguest with impeccable manners, never having accidents or being destructive, and doesn't require crating. Lolli is content to roam freely and will politely let you know when she needs to go outside.
Ongoing Health
Lolli recently had a dental procedure and two mammary masses removed, both of which were benign. She's in excellent health and ready to embark on her new life!
Training & Support
While Lolli is generally well-behaved, she can be anxious when left alone in a new environment and may bark briefly. We are exploring calming supplements to help ease this. She also barks to alert you when someone approaches the door, but is very friendly with visitors once they're inside.
