Captain is a 2-year-old mixed breed who was rescued and is ready to find his forever home. He's a high-energy, playful boy who loves to run, explore, and engage in interactive play with his favorite toys. Captain also has a softer side-when he's relaxed, he absolutely loves to cuddle and snuggle with his people. He is a large boy and can be dog selective, so he would do best with careful introductions to other dogs.

Ideal Home

Captain is looking for an adult-only home and is not a good fit for homes with children. He would thrive with an adopter who has previous experience with powerful breeds and understands canine behavior. He would do best in an active home that can keep up with his energy while providing plenty of love, attention, and companionship.

Ongoing Health

Captain tested positive for Anaplasma and will require heartworm treatment. He is neutered and up to date on vaccinations.
