Abigail (Abbey)

Meet Abigail, or Abbey as she's known and loved! This 1-year-old hound and shepherd mix is a bundle of sweet affection, weighing in at about 50 pounds. Abbey found herself in our care because her previous family just didn't have enough time to give her the attention she deserves. She's currently being fostered in the South and is eagerly awaiting her "freedom ride" north to Pennsylvania to meet her forever family! Abbey is a super loving girl who enjoys playtime but also cherishes snuggle time with her people. She's been wonderful with everyone she's met, including children, and has also shown great behavior around other dogs. Abbey is a pro at leash walking and is both crate and house-trained, making her a fantastic companion!

Ideal Home

Abbey would absolutely thrive in a home with a fenced-in yard where she can safely explore and play to her heart's content.

Ongoing Health

Abbey is up to date on all her vaccinations and is scheduled to be spayed in late May.

Training & Support

Abbey is already house-trained and crate-trained, and she walks beautifully on a leash. Her willingness to please and her loving nature will make training a joy!
