At just 1 year old, Frank has all the goofy, fun-loving energy you’d expect from a young dog, paired with the sweetest personality imaginable. He loves attention, loves toys, and seems to wake up every morning convinced it’s going to be the best day ever. Now we’re hoping he’s right. Frank has spent his life waiting for a family of his own, but you would never know it from that smile. He greets every day with optimism, joy, and enough happiness to make everyone around him smile too. His DNA test showed he is 49.2% German Shepherd, 40% Pit Bull Terrier, and 10.8% English Springer Spaniel – the perfect mix!
