Boomer- READ entirely only Florida no out of state

Boomer is a sweet and beautiful over 4-year-old male Miniature Dachshund with a dapple coat. He absolutely loves to cuddle in bed at night. Boomer is looking for a very specific home where he can continue to be a cherished pet.

Ideal Home

Boomer needs to be the only male dog in the home and is not suited for homes with cats or small critters. He gets along well with female dogs and should have at least one other dog companion, as Dachshunds thrive on company and shouldn't be alone or the only pet. He requires a house with a 6-foot privacy fence, as he can climb shorter fences, and is not a good fit for apartment living due to his loud bark. Applicants must have prior Dachshund experience. Boomer will only be placed within an hour's drive of Lakeland, Florida.

Ongoing Health

Boomer will receive vaccinations and deworming before going to his new home. He will also undergo proper vet checks and health care.

Training & Support

Boomer has a loud bark, so he needs a home that can accommodate this. Applicants should have breed experience.
