MAUI

Maui is a charming and devoted companion, a Carolina Dog with all the wonderful traits of this very special breed. He's currently undergoing socialization and is showing a lot of promise as a loving family member. Maui absolutely adores other dogs and loves to romp and play with them. He's a well-behaved boy who has never chewed anything inappropriately. However, Maui can be fearful of new experiences and people, so he'll need a patient and understanding adopter who can help him build confidence.

Ideal Home

Maui would thrive in a home where he can feel secure and has a person who understands his need for a gentle introduction to new things. He enjoys the company of other dogs and would likely do well in a multi-pet household.

Training & Support

Maui is well-behaved and has shown no destructive chewing. His primary need is for continued socialization and building confidence around new people and experiences. Patience and positive reinforcement will be key to his success.
