He's been patiently waiting at Central Arizona Animal Rescue for two and a half years, which is far too long for such a devoted companion. Grover arrived a bit leaner, but life in a kennel hasn't suited his energetic nature. With a little extra TLC and a commitment to a healthy routine, he's ready to shed those extra pounds and get back into shape. He absolutely adores people and craves human companionship, sometimes using his size to nudge his way into getting attention – which is why he'll thrive with an owner who can provide confident and consistent guidance. Grover is a smart boy who responds best to a firm but loving approach.

Ideal Home

Grover enjoys the company of other dogs his size, but he prefers to dine separately. He loves to splash around in water tubs and isn't afraid of a little mud, so be prepared for a joyfully messy companion!

Ongoing Health

Grover is neutered, up to date on all vaccinations, and microchipped. He's all set to go home!

Training & Support
