Mila

Meet Mila! Mila is a spayed, 3-year-old female Pitbull/Staffie mix, weighing around 40lbs. She's a curious, people-oriented girl who loves to explore and shower her humans with affection and cuddles. Mila is very smart and eager to please, quickly picking up on new lessons. She enjoys playtime and has a lot of energy, making her a great potential running partner or outdoor companion.

Ideal Home

Mila would thrive in a moderately to very active home with a family who has no or older children, and at least one other dog. She enjoys playing with other dogs but can sometimes jump, so a dog-savvy canine sibling would be ideal. She also loves food and treats, so separate feeding is recommended to maintain household harmony. Mila may do best in a home where someone is present more often than not, as she's not crate trained and is used to having free roam.

Mila has no known ongoing health conditions.

Training & Support

Mila is young and teachable, but she does need some additional training, particularly regarding jumping on other dogs. She's not been crate trained as she's always had supervision or access to a doggy door. With patient and understanding adopters, Mila is sure to blossom into the best girl!

Transporation

Mila is currently in a foster home in San Antonio, TX. She can be transported out of state once an approved adopter is found. Transports run every few weeks, and she will be on the next available transport after approval.
