Meet Lenny!

Lenny is a handsome brown chihuahua dachshund mix with a big personality that's just waiting to shine. He's a bit shy and nervous at first, but with a patient and loving person to guide him, this sweet boy is ready to blossom. Earning his trust will be a rewarding journey, and we promise he's worth it!

When he's feeling comfortable, you might find him enjoying a game of peekaboo from under the couch – it’s as adorable as it sounds! Lenny loves his crate, is fully potty trained, and would be a wonderful companion for someone who works from home. He also has a love for food, so an adopter who can help him maintain a healthy eating routine would be ideal.

Lenny, at about 1.5 years old and weighing 17.5 lbs, is not yet leash trained. A securely fenced yard or a safe outdoor space for him to explore freely is a must. He thrives with the company of other dogs, so a home with a canine friend would be wonderful. He also gets along well with cats!

Lenny would thrive in a home with a patient and gentle adopter, another dog companion, and a securely fenced yard. He also does well with cats.

Lenny is neutered and up-to-date on vaccinations.

Training & Support

Lenny is not leash trained and needs a securely fenced yard for safe outdoor time. He is fully potty trained and loves his crate.
