Meet Boston, a charming 10-week-old Beagle mix pup, weighing in at about 12 lbs as of July 5th! He's a bundle of energy and love, rescued by LHAR with the help of a wonderful organization in rural West Virginia. Boston and his littermates are active, playful pups who absolutely adore wrestling and engaging with their toys. We don't have confirmed details about his parents, but we believe he's a delightful Beagle mix!

Ideal Home

Boston would thrive in a home where he won't be left alone for more than half of the workday. It's important that someone is home or works from home throughout the week, as puppies shouldn't be crated and left for 5 or more hours a day.

Ongoing Health

Boston has received age-appropriate vaccines and dewormings. As part of the adoption agreement, you will be responsible for taking him to a vet of your choice for his spay/neuter procedure. Once completed, we ask for documentation to be sent back to LHAR, and a $100 spay/neuter deposit refund will be issued.

Training & Support

Boston is an active and playful puppy. He enjoys wrestling and playing with toys. To ensure he grows into a well-adjusted dog, it's important to provide him with plenty of interaction and prevent him from being left alone for extended periods.

• Applications begin by contacting us through Wags.
• We require all current pets in the household to be up to date on shots and be spayed/neutered. Veterinary references will be contacted.
• We require that someone be in the home/work from home half of the work day throughout the work week.

Boston will be available for adoption at the Frederick, MD Petsmart (5401 Urbana Pike) on July 12th from 11 AM to 3 PM.
