Max

Max is a 13-year-old, male, tricolor beagle who is affectionate, easygoing, and very loving. He is looking for a new home because his previous family could no longer care for him. Max has lived with cats and does great with them. He is currently in a foster home with other dogs and is getting along well with them. Max enjoys playing tug-of-war and with a ball. He should do well in a home with children 8 years or older who know how to properly treat a dog. Max is housetrained and crate trained. He is accustomed to going outside 3-4 times a day and will bark or whine when he needs to go. He likes his wire crate and will use it for alone time or to sleep in at night.

Ongoing Health

Max is up-to-date on vaccines and is neutered. He recently had an ear infection and is currently receiving medication for it. He weighs about 34 lbs and could likely lose 1-2 lbs.

Training & Support

Max is housetrained and crate trained. He is used to going outside 3 or 4 times a day and will bark or whine when he needs to go out. He uses his crate for alone time and sleeping.
