Turtle is a sweet and gentle soul, approximately 3 years old and weighing around 65 pounds. She arrived at Rutherford County Animal Control Services over a year ago with her siblings, coming from a difficult situation. Now, she's finally ready to find her own loving forever home! Turtle enjoys calm days but gets bursts of energy to play with her sister, Carmel. She does well with other dogs and is currently housed with her siblings.

Ideal Home

Turtle would do great with other dogs, and we strongly recommend a dog-to-dog meet and greet before she goes home. She has not been tested with cats.

Ongoing Health

Turtle is already spayed, up to date on all her vaccines and treatments, and is heartworm negative. She is microchipped and ready to go!

Training & Support

Turtle is a calm dog, but she can have bursts of energy. We recommend a meet and greet with any potential canine companions.
