Gus

Gus is a handsome 3-year-old coonhound mix who weighs about 70 pounds. He has a beautiful, shiny coat and a heart full of love to give! Gus's journey began when he was abandoned at a high-kill shelter in Tennessee. Despite his tough start, he remains a loyal and affectionate companion, eager to find his forever family. He's a mostly couch hound who also enjoys leash walks, playtime, and engaging in short training sessions to keep his clever mind stimulated.

Ideal Home

Gus thrives in a home with a securely fenced yard where he can safely explore his adventurous spirit. He would prefer a home without cats and would be a wonderful companion for someone with coonhound experience.

Ongoing Health

Gus is up-to-date on all vaccinations, microchipped, neutered, and heartworm negative. He is on monthly heartworm prevention.

Training & Support

Gus needs consistent stimulation through play and training sessions. He loves leash walks and cuddling with his people.
