Meet Lucky Bear 🐾🤎
Lucky Bear is a 2-year-old Husky mix, weighing about 43 pounds, and he’s ready to find a forever home where he can truly thrive. With his playful personality, sweet nature, and love for the outdoors, Lucky Bear is the perfect companion for an active family looking for a loyal best friend. This handsome boy is incredibly friendly and has done wonderfully with female dogs. He’s still learning his comfort level around male dogs, so slow introductions or a home with female companions would be ideal. Lucky Bear has also been gentle and kind with kids, including a 12-year-old, showing just how loving and well-natured he is.
Lucky Bear absolutely loves the outdoors — it’s his happy place! Whether he’s running, exploring, or simply enjoying fresh air, he thrives when he has space to play and be active. After a fun day, he’s more than happy to come inside, cool off, and relax near his people. While he enjoys companionship, he has an independent streak and isn’t overly clingy — though he will happily surprise you with sweet kisses. He’s a smart pup who is picking up routines quickly and enjoys learning new things. Lucky Bear loves toys, especially soft toys and durable bones.
Ideal Home
Lucky Bear would do best with an active family who enjoys both indoor time and outdoor adventures. He’s the kind of dog who will happily explore trails with you, play in the yard, and then relax nearby at the end of the day. A home with female canine companions or one where slow introductions with male dogs can be managed would be ideal.
Ongoing Health
Lucky Bear is fully vetted, neutered, up-to-date on vaccines, and microchipped.
Training & Support
Lucky Bear is crate trained, leash trained (continuing to improve daily), and rides well in the car. He is generally quiet and well-behaved. He is smart and eager to learn.
