Meet Honey Bun, a beautiful 2-year-old, 70 Lb. American Bulldog mix looking for a patient, loving home. Honey Bun can be a little shy at first, but with a little time and some tasty treats, her affectionate and loyal personality will shine through. She's very treat-motivated, which makes trust-building and training enjoyable for both of you.

Ideal Home

Honey Bun would thrive in a calm, quiet home with an experienced owner who can help her build confidence at her own pace. She would do well with other mature dogs who prefer to coexist rather than play, though a meet-and-greet is recommended. She would also be perfectly happy as the only pet in the home, soaking up all the attention. An adult-only household would be the best fit for her sensitive nature.

Ongoing Health

Honey Bun is spayed, microchipped, and current on rabies and core vaccinations. She is heartworm positive, but her treatment is fully supported by Rockwall PAWS at little to no cost to her adopter. RAC staff are happy to answer any questions about her treatment plan.

Training & Support

Honey Bun is treat-motivated, which will make continued training fun and rewarding.
