Van

Van is a handsome young boy with a heart full of love and a tail that never stops wagging! He's a Lab mix with an estimated age of 5 months as of July 2026 and weighed about 18 lbs as of June 22nd. Van is a bundle of playful energy, always ready for a game of fetch or a good romp. He loves his toys and his "puppy zoomies" but also cherishes cuddle time. He's eager to explore the world with his new family, especially on walks and making new doggie friends. Van is looking for a home where he can continue his socialization and learn all the great things he's capable of.

Ideal Home

Van would love a home that provides plenty of opportunities for play and exercise, with lots of toys to keep him entertained. He's also looking forward to lots of cuddles between playtimes. While he's generally good with other dogs, cats, and kids, he'll need patience and proper training to help him thrive in his new environment. Homes with an 8-hour workday will need to make arrangements for multiple potty breaks and exercise throughout the day, as puppies under 6 months require frequent attention.

Ongoing Health

Van has received age-appropriate vaccines, but it's the adopter's responsibility to ensure he completes his remaining puppy vaccine series at the correct times. Until he's fully vaccinated, he'll be at a greater risk for illness than an adult dog.

Training & Support

Van will need some work on his house training and is ready to attend puppy obedience classes to help him grow into a well-socialized and smart companion.
