She was rescued by a kind school bus driver and has been living with a busy foster family that includes a Cane Corso, another mixed breed dog, six cats, a pet squirrel, a pet goat, and a child. Penelope is a loving and playful girl who absolutely adores a good toy! She's described as a huge love bug and a great family dog.

Penelope would thrive in a home that can give her lots of love and playtime.

Ongoing Health

Penelope is fully vetted and spayed. She is currently undergoing slow-kill treatment for a positive heartworm test, but she is asymptomatic and doing well.

Training & Support

Penelope is house-trained and has been living successfully with a variety of animals and a child. She loves to play and enjoys having "good toys"!
