Freyja

Freyja is a 3-year-old, female Boxer mix with a heart of gold. She arrived in our care with her five puppies after a harrowing journey from a high-kill shelter in Texas. Now that her puppies are grown, Freyja is ready to find her own forever family! She's a sweet girl who loves to offer her paw and melt for attention, often found cuddling with volunteers in her kennel.

Ideal Home

Freyja needs a home where she can be the only dog and have no feline friends. She absolutely adores children! A secure, fenced-in yard (at least 6ft high) is a must, and her humans will need to supervise her closely when she's outside, as she's a skilled escape artist. A cable tie-out within the fenced yard might be a good addition for extra security.

Ongoing Health

Freyja is spayed, up-to-date on vaccines, microchipped, and has started on preventatives and deworming.

Training & Support

Freyja is already potty and crate trained, which is wonderful! Her main need for support will be consistent supervision in her yard to prevent escapes.
