Aza Lou is perfectly built for cozy companionship, with soulful brown eyes that will melt your heart. She's not here for strenuous activities, but rather to be your couch-side confidante, offering emotional support and reminding you to embrace a slower pace of life. She's the ultimate "land seal," short, stocky, and incredibly huggable, often described as a potato with legs! She's also a master of cuddles and might need a little help getting onto furniture, which she accepts with charming grace.

Aza Lou would thrive in a home where she can be close to her people, whether that's an apartment, condo, or a house with a backyard. She enjoys a calm environment and would do best with another dog who shares her laid-back demeanor, though she's also perfectly content as an only pet, soaking up all the attention.

Training & Support
Aza Lou is crate-trained and potty-trained, with excellent house manners. She's a gentle girl who takes treats delicately and already knows "sit" and "shake." Her "shake" is particularly endearing as she often keeps her paw offered as if to say hello! She walks nicely on a leash, perfect for leisurely strolls.

Aza Lou is located in Texas and can be transported nationwide using our rescue's USDA-certified transport system. Drop-off locations are available in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada (with pick-up options in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT). A transportation surcharge of $87 applies.
