Xander ~ WAIVED ADOPTION FEE!

Xander is a 2-year-old, 46lb male Pit mix with a heart full of love and a wiggle butt that will steal your heart! He's a sweet, food-motivated boy who is a quick learner – he already knows "sit" and "leave it"! Xander's adorable outside zoomies are like watching a horse learning to gallop, and his couch zoomies are even better, especially when he gets so excited he tumbles off the furniture! He's a champion napper who snores loudly and adores belly rubs.

Ideal Home

Xander would thrive in a home where he can share the couch for naps and get plenty of belly rubs. Due to his playful nature, he would do best with older children.

Ongoing Health

Xander is vaccinated, neutered, microchipped, and tested negative for heartworm.

Training & Support

Xander is crate trained and potty trained, mastering the basics. While he's working on his leash skills and can get a bit pull-y when he spots a bird or squirrel, consistent training will help him improve. He can get a little overexcited, leading to mouthiness and jumpiness, but he responds well to redirection and is making great progress.
