Kelso is an absolutely wonderful dog with a heart of gold, despite a very sad beginning. He was adopted as a puppy, and we all thought he'd found his happily ever after. However, just before Christmas, he was sadly abandoned at a veterinary clinic. Thankfully, we were able to bring him into our care.
Kelso has bounced back from his past and is truly a testament to resilience. He has a proven track record of living harmoniously with young children, other dogs, and even chickens! He's house-trained and kennel-trained, walks like a dream on a leash, and has an easygoing nature that makes him a joy to be around. Kelso knows his basic commands and is eager to please. He loves walks, lounging indoors or outdoors, and most of all, spending time with his people. He's not asking for much, just a loving family who will cherish him forever.
Ideal Home
Kelso would thrive in a home that can offer him the love and stability he deserves. His past experiences show he does well with children, other dogs, and even smaller animals like chickens.
Ongoing Health
Kelso is neutered, up to date on all his vaccinations, and is microchipped. He has also been tested and is heartworm negative.
Training & Support
Kelso is already house-trained and kennel-trained. He walks beautifully on a leash and knows his basic commands. He's an easygoing guy who just needs a loving family to continue his training and shower him with affection.
