About Darcie

Meet Darcie, a delightful 1-year-old Labrador Retriever mix who weighs around 37 lbs! This goofy girl is a bundle of lovable chaos, fueled by boundless energy, a love for snacks, and the belief that personal space is a suggestion, not a rule. Darcie is ready to explore the world with her future family, embracing every splash puddle, hiking trail, and, of course, any dropped potato chip!

Like any good retriever, Darcie has a deep affection for water – kiddie pools and mud puddles are her happy places, though bath time is still a work in progress. After a day packed with adventure, she’s a champion couch companion, ready to share your snacks and binge-watch your favorite shows. Darcie is sweet, playful, and eager to create countless new memories with her forever family.

Ideal Home

Darcie would love a family that appreciates her silly personality and adventurous spirit. She is ready to make new memories with her future family and is open to homes with children.

Ongoing Health

Darcie is heartworm positive due to not being on prevention previously. The good news is that heartworms are treatable, and with the proper care, she can live a long and healthy life. She is current on all vaccinations.
