Crosby is a delightful 2-year-old American Bulldog and Lab mix who's the perfect combination of playful, cuddly, and sweet! He knows basic commands like sit, stay, and lay down, and he's made excellent progress working on his loose-leash walking. Crosby has a strong prey drive and can get quite focused on squirrels, bunnies, and other dogs during walks. While he might chase smaller critters, he's generally eager to meet other dogs. He's still learning how to best interact with other animals, and would likely thrive as the only pet in his new home. When he's not exploring, Crosby loves to snuggle up close with his humans. He is house-trained and good with children.
Ideal Home
Crosby would do best in a home where he can be the only pet. He is not a cat-friendly dog.
Ongoing Health
Crosby's adoption fee of $600 includes his spay/neuter, vaccines, heartworm test, deworming, flea and tick prevention, and microchip.
Training & Support
Crosby is house-trained and knows basic commands. He is learning to manage his prey drive and his excitement around other dogs, and would benefit from continued positive reinforcement training.

- We require every applicant to provide a vet reference and we do follow up with your vet.
- You must have a vet in place before bringing a new dog home and will be required to give your vet permission to release information.
- We also require two personal references that will be contacted.
- We have a policy and procedure in place while screening homes. If a family refuses any step in the process they will not qualify for adoption.
- We are not currently doing adoptions across the border.
