Pixie Glitter is the sweetest, most adorable cuddler! She's also silly, and she loves to play and hang out with other dogs. She needs a foster or adopter who will set things up so that Pixie feels safe and will go at Pixie's pace, one baby step at a time. That feeling when she finally cuddles up to you asking for pets — nothing better in the whole world!
