He is now in Puerto Rico and has been fully vetted, neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated, making him ready for his forever home. Rufus is a shy boy who will need time to decompress and feel safe. He currently lives with a pack of 8 other dogs and would do well in a home with another dog to help him feel comfortable and show him the ropes.
