Summer (2)

Hello! I’m Summer (2), a lovely, medium-to-large size, senior dog with short brown fur. I have already been dewormed, vaccinated, and spayed through the adoption program.

My brother, Napoleón, and I were abandoned along with a third dog on the outskirts of the city, all of us sick with distemper. A very kind person took care of us, but my sister had to be euthanized. I managed to survive, though I have a slightly crooked leg due to an old fracture.

I get along well with other dogs, but I’m very protective of my food and can be a bit aggressive if they come near it. I’m actually quite shy, I struggle to leave the house where I live, and I don’t know how to walk on a leash, so I would need a patient family with lots of enthusiasm to help me gradually adapt to my new life.

It’s important to consider that I’m an adult dog, so vet visits will likely become more frequent from now on. I was previously part of the adoption program, but I was removed and now I’m back looking for a home.

I hope to find a loving and responsible family that will take good care of me!
