Meet Rocky! This handsome 2-year-old has had a rough start, being found abandoned in a cage in the Texas heat with only a Chihuahua for company. Despite his past hardships, Rocky's heart is overflowing with love and he's thriving at the sanctuary, enjoying his pack and all the attention he can get. He greets everyone with excitement and trust, always hopeful for a brighter future. Rocky is understandably overlooked, but he's a loving dog who deserves his forever family. He's patiently waiting for someone to choose him and give him the loving home he's always dreamed of.
