BUTTERBEAN

Butterbean is a handsome fellow with the biggest head and most squishable face around! He's an adult male Pit Bull Terrier mix who is large in size. He loves affection and pets, and is incredibly photogenic. He tolerates handling well and listens to directions, though he knows his "sit" command strictly on his own terms! Butterbean can be easy on leash, but if he wants to go a certain way, he can be strong. He takes treats nicely, though he might not be highly motivated by them. He promptly potties when he goes outside, so he may be potty trained.

Ideal Home

Butterbean would do best in a home with older children or no children. Slow introductions to other dogs are advised.

Ongoing Health

Butterbean is neutered and up to date on vaccinations.

Training & Support

Butterbean knows "sit" (on his terms!) and is nonreactive towards other dogs. He can be strong on leash when he wants to go a certain way, so continued leash training would be beneficial.
