Sam

Sam is a handsome 8 to 9-year-old, 90-pound black Labrador with a heart full of love to give. He found himself in need of a new home when his previous owner experienced hardship. After a temporary foster with a kind Samaritan, Sam has been with a loving foster family for the past year. He's enjoyed life with children, a cat, and another dog, but his true passions are fetching his ball and splashing in the water! Sam is an incredibly well-mannered boy with excellent recall, who knows commands like sit, stay, and paw. He loves going on walks and would make a fantastic companion for an active family.

Ideal Home

An active family with a securely fenced yard would be the perfect fit for Sam, where he can safely enjoy his love for fetch and water.

Ongoing Health

Sam has a seizure disorder and requires twice-daily medication. He is neutered, microchipped, up-to-date on vaccinations, and current on flea, tick, and heartworm prevention.

Training & Support

Sam is a well-mannered dog with excellent recall and knows several basic commands. He thrives on attention and enjoys walks, making him a joy to train and live with.

Transportation
