Ginny

Meet Gynanaveve, affectionately known as Ginny! This 10-month-old English Brittany Spaniel is a bundle of energy and a social butterfly, weighing in at a healthy 27.6 pounds. Ginny is incredibly smart, outgoing, and loves everyone she meets, making instant friends wherever she goes. She thrives on social interaction, loves outdoor adventures, and eagerly soaks in new experiences. Ginny is always radiating happiness and enthusiasm. She's also very obedient and enjoys practicing basic commands. Ginny has proven to be a wonderful playmate for dogs of all sizes, from tiny Chihuahuas to larger companions. Her interactions are always warm and approachable, ensuring fun for everyone. Ginny's favorite activities include daily walks, snuggle sessions, receiving attention, swimming, and exploring trails on hikes.

Ginny would thrive in a home that can match her energetic spirit and provide plenty of opportunities for outdoor adventures and social interaction.

Ongoing Health

Ginny has had a spay/neuter procedure, rabies vaccination, comprehensive core vaccinations (including Leptospirosis, Coronavirus & Lyme), a negative heartworm test, monthly prevention for heartworm, fleas, and ticks, a negative Lyme disease test, deworming, and a negative fecal test. All age-appropriate medical needs have been addressed, and she has received lifetime microchip registration.

Training & Support

Ginny is currently mastering basic obedience, house manners, and crate training. Continued training is vital to her lifelong success, and new challenges and learning opportunities should be embraced daily.

• Applications start by contacting us through Wags.
• The review of adoption applications, meet and greets, and citation can take up to three weeks.
• A minimum of one meet-and-greet session with dogs is required before adoption. More can be accommodated upon request.
• A home visit with Ginny upon adoption is required.
• Out-of-state adopters are welcome at their own expense.
• Adoption fees are payable at the time of adoption.
• Payment plans are not available.
• For former Wags adopters, a donation of your choice is appreciated, but no formal adoption fee is required.

Transporation

Ginny is located at AdoptAHRescue.org. Travel to adopters may be possible at the adopter's expense, with a minimum charge of $35 up to $85 in addition to the adoption fee, depending on the number of meet-and-greets and distance. This travel fee is due when the meet-and-greet is scheduled. We DO NOT ship our adoptable pets.
