Ollie is a two-year-old Malti-Chon with a soft white coat and a heart full of love to give. He was rescued by The Fuzzy Pet Foundation after an elderly woman—who had purchased him from a breeder—realized she could not meet the needs of a growing puppy. Much of Ollie’s early life was spent in isolation, confined to a garage, often fed scraps or sweets like ice cream, and rarely walked or mentally stimulated. While he was never physically abused, he was sadly neglected by someone who did not understand the needs of a puppy. Today, Ollie’s resilient spirit shines. Now in foster care, he is thriving—affectionate, playful, curious, and full of life. He follows his people from room to room, loves to snuggle, and enjoys a good game of fetch. He gets along beautifully with other small dogs and is even fine around cats. Non-reactive and gentle, Ollie truly does not have a mean bone in his body. At about 14 pounds, he’s the perfect size for cuddles on the couch or adventures outdoors.
Ideal Home
Ollie will do best in a nurturing, stable home without young, rambunctious children who might overwhelm or accidentally injure him. We are seeking adopters who are age-appropriate for a young, active dog and who have the time, energy, and commitment to meet his daily exercise and enrichment needs.
Ongoing Health
Ollie is neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, and in excellent health.
Training & Support
Ollie is fully potty-trained and a quick learner, especially with praise and consistency. He thrives in a calm, safe environment where he can continue to build confidence and flourish. Preference will be given to those with a strong record of responsible pet ownership, including consistent veterinary and grooming care.
