Onyx

Meet Onyx! This handsome, purebred Great Dane puppy was born on February 26, 2026, and is estimated to reach an adult weight of around 120 lbs. Onyx is a sweet and friendly boy who gets along wonderfully with cats, kids, and other dogs. He hasn't caused any trouble here and has already learned some basic leash skills and is quiet when crated. Onyx is a happy pup who has been well-socialized.

He was released from a breeder due to a skin infection that was treated with an injectable antibiotic. His hair is a bit thin on his ears and patchy on his back, but he's not itchy and doesn't seem bothered by it. With a little time, his hair is expected to grow back. Onyx is also crate trained and doggy door trained. All his vet paperwork will come home with you.

Ideal Home

Onyx would thrive in a home where he can continue to be socialized and loved. Please ensure any upcoming vacations are completed before applying to adopt.

Ongoing Health

Onyx was treated for a skin infection, and while he is all good now, his hair is still growing back in places. He has been neutered and received his parvo/distemper vaccination, rabies vaccination, Frontline treatment, and 30 days of heartworm prevention. A fecal test came back clean.

Training & Support

Onyx has some leash skills and is quiet in his crate. He is also doggy door trained.
