Dottie is a delightful 4-year-old female, weighing around 62 pounds, who is fully vaccinated, microchipped, and spayed. She's a true cuddle bug with a playful spirit and a loyal heart, always eager to be by your side. Dottie's goofy personality and infectious energy are sure to bring laughter and joy to your home. She's incredibly intelligent and food-motivated, making training a breeze – she picks up on new things super quickly!
Ideal Home
Dottie would thrive in a moderately active home that can provide at least one good walk or play session a day. She enjoys her toys, especially rope toys and stuffies, and loves a game of tug-o-war. While Dottie is dog-friendly and currently lives with other dogs, she does best with one or two calm canine companions, particularly larger breeds. She can get a bit overstimulated in large groups of dogs. Alternatively, she would also be very happy as the sole pet, receiving all the love and attention. Dottie is also cat-friendly and generally leaves them to their own devices, though she will engage if they initiate play. A significant consideration is Dottie's history with young males; she is perfectly fine with adult men but has issues with younger men and boys, likely due to a past negative experience. Therefore, she would do best in a home without young males or an all-female household. She is wonderful when meeting women.

Training & Support
Dottie is fully potty trained and crate trained, though she's also comfortable free-roaming when left alone, settling down after an initial whine. She walks well on leash, though she may pull and bark when she sees other dogs. Training her around other dogs during walks will be beneficial. Her intelligence and food motivation make her a quick learner for any new training you wish to introduce.
