Festus is an intelligent and funny dog who enjoys playing ball and gnawing on chew bones. He is athletic and has lots of energy, but he is also content to relax inside and keep you company. Festus is good with other dogs and loves giving kisses to his human friends. Despite his adorable personality, Festus' past is mysterious. He was dumped on the side of a road with his sister, but he doesn't let that get him down. Now that he's in a rescue, Festus is ready to find his forever home. Festus is a healthy adult dog. His adoption fee includes his neuter, current vaccinations (rabies, 4 parvo/distemper boosters, and Bordetella), negative heartworm test (if 6+ mths old at transport), negative fecal within 14 days of transport, and a health certificate within 10-days of transport.

Training & Support

No specific training needs are mentioned, but Festus enjoys playing ball and gnawing on chew bones, which are great activities for continued engagement and enrichment.

• The adoption fee is $500.
• The adoption fee includes his neuter, current vaccinations, negative heartworm test, negative fecal, health certificate, registered microchip, and transport costs.
• As a direct adoption, the adoption interview/meet and greet would take place on a video call.
• The adoption application and fee would be finalized & paid in full prior to receiving your dog.
