Jenny and her siblings came to us from one of our shelter partners, and they are now ready to find forever homes of their own! Jenny loves playing with her siblings, so she would probably enjoy a canine companion in the home, as long as they can match her playful energy. She also loves attention from her human friends! Slow introductions to new friends, animal or human, are very important when bringing home a new pup. Jenny is quite the little foodie and does not like to share, so we highly recommend that she is given space while she eats. A slow feeder bowl would also be great for meals to help her slow down a bit. This little hound dog has been known to howl once in a while, so adopters should keep that in mind if they live somewhere with shared walls. Jenny is a growing pup, so adopters should be aware of any size restrictions if they are renting.
Ideal Home
A home with a playful canine companion would be ideal for Jenny, and slow introductions to new people and animals are a must. Adopters should be mindful of her food guarding tendencies and provide her with her own space while she eats. If you live somewhere with shared walls, please keep in mind that Jenny is a hound mix and may howl occasionally. Renters should also be aware of any size restrictions.
Ongoing Health
Jenny is spayed and up-to-date on vaccinations.
Training & Support
Adopters should expect normal puppy behaviors and be ready to help Jenny with all of her puppy training. She will need guidance with potty training, crate training, and leash walking.
