Sandy is a beautiful, petite girl who was found by a kind animal lover and brought to safety. When no owner could be located, we were asked to make room for her, and we're so glad we did! Sandy is friendly with our volunteers and has been friendly with other dogs. She's full of energy, intelligent, loving, and eager to please, making her the perfect candidate to be your new best friend!
