Princesa is a 2-year-old, 27-pound Belgian Shepherd Mix with a heart full of love and a spirit full of playfulness! She adores her toys, cherishes cuddles, and thrives on being close to her people. Princesa is a social butterfly, always eager to meet new friends and explore exciting new places with boundless enthusiasm. Her journey began with a sad abandonment at just six weeks old, found crying and seeking refuge. Thankfully, she was rescued, vetted, and placed in a loving foster home where she blossomed into the joyful, affectionate pup she is today. She's ready to share her positive energy and wagging tail with a forever family.
Ideal Home
Princesa would love a home where she can explore and play. She is not good with cats and prefers to eat her meals without other dogs nearby.
Ongoing Health
Princesa has received a spay/neuter certificate, DHPPI and Rabies vaccines, a Bordetella vaccine, and has been dewormed and microchipped. She has also had a 4DX test, a heartworm test (negative), and receives monthly preventive protection with Nexgard Spectra. A health certificate and vaccination booklet are also available.
Training & Support
Princesa barks to alert you to noises or when she wants something. Like many rescued dogs, she is not house-trained and will require patience and understanding as she adjusts to a new environment. She is described as "perfectly imperfect" and will need a family with high tolerance and patience for rescued animals, experience in dog behavior and training, and a genuine intention to rescue and provide education.
