Cinna's past was a difficult one; she was found tied to a tree and abandoned, but her resilience shines through. Now that she's safe, healthy, and has completed all her vetting, she's ready to experience the love and cherish she so deserves. Cinna is located in San Jose, CA. Approved adopters can arrange for transportation through flight companions from Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. If a Canadian flight companion is unavailable, Cinna may fly into the US and be met at the Peace Arch Park on the border.
