Meet Lupine, a year-old husky/collie mix with a heart full of love and a personality to match! Lupine is incredibly sweet and affectionate, always wanting to be close to his people. He's friendly with everyone he meets, eager to please, and has a wonderfully goofy nature that's sure to bring a smile to your face.
Lupine loves to play, especially a good game of fetch, and would thrive in a home where he can have plenty of fun and exercise. He gets along wonderfully with other large dogs and enjoys making new canine friends. While he's shown some interest in cats, a dog-savvy feline might be a possibility with careful introductions.

Lupine would love a home where he can play, cuddle, and be an integral part of the family.
Ongoing Health
Lupine is up-to-date on his vaccinations and is neutered. Adopters will be responsible for ongoing preventative care, including annual vaccines, heartworm preventative, and flea/tick treatment.
Training & Support
Lupine is crate trained and mostly potty trained, though occasional accidents may happen as he continues to learn. He's working on his leash manners, especially when excited to meet other dogs. He already knows "sit" and "come" and shows great promise with his eagerness to please. All adopters are required to complete positive reinforcement training with Green Dogs Unleashed. Preference will be given to adopters who commit to our six-week Canine 101 training class.

Transportation
Lupine is located at Green Dogs Unleashed in Troy, VA. Out-of-state adopters are welcome and must be willing to travel to Troy, VA, for a meet-and-greet if approved.
