Meet Wesley, a one-year-old American Bully mix with soulful amber eyes and a heart that refuses to give up. This handsome boy has a sturdy build, a velvety fawn coat, and an expressive face that melts hearts. Wesley may look tough, but he's pure sweetness underneath. He survived gunshot trauma, which resulted in serious injuries to both his hind legs. Thanks to orthopedic repair, including fracture repair and hip reconstruction, he's healing beautifully. Despite his ordeal, Wesley is incredibly affectionate, loves belly rubs, leaning into his people, and soaking up attention. He enjoys lounging in the sun and calmly observing the world. His temperament is gentle, trusting, and people-focused.

Wesley will need a committed adopter who understands controlled exercise and continued healing.

Wesley underwent extensive surgery to repair injuries to both hind legs and hip reconstruction. With proper care and follow-up, his prognosis is very good.
